Below is some information about your order depending on the option you chose at checkout. for example if you ordered digital downloads, then read option 1.
1. Orders for digital downloads are sent within 5 working days. When your images are ready, you will be sent an email from Wetransfer, you will then be able to download your images via the link provided. (Links last one year from sent date). To make sure our emails arrive, please ensure that you add noreply@wetransfer.com to your contacts.
2. Orders going back to school will be processed on the return to school deadline date, please allow two weeks after this date for delivery back to school.
3. Orders going to your postal address. We process orders each weekend, orders placed by 10am on Saturday morning are dispatched first class on the following Wednesday.
4. Orders being collected from studio. We process orders each weekend, If orders are placed by 10am on Saturday, then you will receive an email on the following Wednesday to let you know they are ready for collection. Please wait for email confirmation. (Please note collection times can vary, due to working on location, current open times will be in our email)
